Same owner since 1978.  Appears to have had one repaint in orange over the original Donnybrooke Green, with a nice-fitting body and many original parts.

New parts: gas tank, fuel pump, four brake calipers, master cylinder, and brake hoses.

1970 was the shortest production year for the C3 generation corvette, which makes corvettes of this year extremely collectible.  It was also the last year of the high horsepower engines and the first year for the fender flares. GM only released 6,648 convertibles out of 17,316 total production in 1970.
