This corvette has had a lot of money spent on it with a crate engine, Dart heads with screw-in studs, front carpet, seat covers, fan blade, and much more replaced.  Also oil and filter changed, transmission and rear end grease changed, chassis checked and lubed recently.

GM produced 47,000 corvettes in the 1978 model year (25th anniversary). Out of the 47,000 produced, only 12,590 had Gymkhana suspension, 12,739 were produced with the L82 package, 2,074 were released in Corvette Red, 9,138 without A/C, 9,845 without power windows, 8,918 with non tilt-tele steering column.
