Numbers matching, automatic transmission, 54,000 miles on dash (title is exempt for mileage), black leather interior, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power driver side seat, AM/FM/CD player, A/C, glass T-tops, hatch back window, collector edition wheels, and much more.
We changed the oil and filter, transmission filter and fluid, and checked and lubed the chassis. We also replaced the sway bar links, tongue bushing, fan clutch, left front brake caliper, left front brake hose, left front brake pads, and much more. The previous owner had the corvette repainted in base-coat/clear-coat. He also installed new seat covers, door panels, carpet, steering wheel, weatherstrips, and much more during the restoration.
The last owner drove it about an hour to us. It runs and drives nice. It will make someone a sharp corvette to cruise around in.
The end of a era.. The 1982 corvette brought a close to the C3 generation of the corvette, and was the first year all corvettes were produced in Bowling Green, Kentucky, as they are to this day. GM built 6,759 Collector Edition Corvettes in 1982, out of 25,407 total production that year.
