Numbers matching, 75,000 miles on dash, 4spd, nice red leather interior, power seat, power windows, alloy wheels, power adjustable mirrors, blue glass t tops, digital gauges, power door locks, power steering, power brakes, tilt and tele steering column, AM/FM/Cassette radio, Gymkhana suspension, dual exhaust, original air cleaner assembly, original valve covers, original ignition shielding, and much more.

The last owner owned this vette for over 20 years. He spent a lot of time and money redoing the suspension and mechanics on this vette. The block was bored 30 over and flat top pistons were installed. The crank was checked and all of the crank, piston and cam bearings were replaced. The heads are the stock heads with a three angle valve job. The cam, lifters, and intake are from the Edelbrock Performer series. Transmission was gone through. He also replaced the master cylinder, 4 calibers, brake hoses, alternator, water pump, 4 gas shocks, 4 tie rod ends, 4 ball joints, idler arm, upper and lower control arm bushings, heavy duty front and rear sway bar, front heavy duty coil springs, fiberglass rear spring and bushings, Flowmaster mufflers, new carpet set, and much more done.

This red corvette is extremely sharp and fun to drive with plenty of power.

In 1981 GM produced over 40,000 corvettes. They only produced 5,757 4 speeds, 7,803 with Gymkhana suspension, and 4,310 in Red. 1981 was the last year for the 4 speed transmission in a corvette.
