350 engine, 4 speed manual transmission, 31,724 on the dash (title is exempt for mileage), power steering, power brakes, power windows, tilt and telescopic steering column, Hurst shifter, rally wheels, black leather interior, black convertible top, dual exhaust, AM/FM/Cassette radio, original air cleaner, original ignition shielding, original valve covers, and much more.
The previous owners did all kinds of upgrades to this corvette before his passing. He replaced the seat covers, carpet, door panels, convertible top, trailing arm bushings, strut rod bushings, leaf spring, leaf spring rubbers, upper and lower control arm bushings, dual exhaust, upper and lower ball joints, sway bar links, power steering hoses, power steering cylinder, power steering control valve, tie rod ends, coil springs, front and rear shocks, head light canisters, and much more.
We changed the oil and filter and checked and lubed the chassis. We replaced the fan clutch and fuel pump hoses.
1972 was the last year for both front and rear chrome bumpers on a corvette. GM produced 6,508 convertibles in 1972 out of 27,004 total production.
